YOUR Hero’s Journey

I am the hero of the story. You are the hero of the story. The difference is perspective – I am the hero of MY STORY as you are the hero of YOUR STORY. But who is our narrator? Are we narrating the story of our life or are we following someone else’s narrative?

Rooted in the framework of the hero's journey, NARRATIVE RECALIBRATION COACHING is a structured, FOUR-ACT process designed to Identify your internal unreliable narrator. Reveal the origins of your negative, self-defeating, and intrusive thoughts. Reframe your relationship with the narrator, and then implement systems in order to Recalibrate the narrative of YOUR hero’s journey.

It’s about reassessing and then modifying the perspective of our personal narrative in response to new information, experiences, and shifts in understanding allowing you to adapt and construct an accurate, nuanced, and insightful personal narrative that better reflects reality and aligns with your true identity.

This approach empowers you to craft the narrative you wish to embrace, rather than succumbing to the story that has been unwittingly imposed upon you throughout your life from external factors.

Humanity is story. Sometime our own stories get fucked up. NARRATIVE RECALIBRATION COACHING is the 1:1 system that empowers you to take control of your narrative to recalibrate based around the life that you’re looking to live.
